We are currently looking to recruit a German-speaking PR & Marketing Executive to provide full administrative support, plus assisting with a variety of Marketing/PR activities; relating to the preparation and staging of trade events. Key tasks include; assisting with the production of sales support literature and websites, copywriting promotional material, creating and delivering mailings, assisting with the production of newsletters, proof-reading and research. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years marketing experience and will be fluent in both German and English.
We have a new opening for a talented exhibition Sales Executive working across a portfolio of exhibitions. Your role will be to achieve revenue targets from sales of exhibition space, sponsorship, online advertising packages and other ‘value added’ products via telephone and face-to-face contact at exhibitions. Your role will be to deal with new and existing clients. This is an excellent opportunity to really excel within an exhibition sales role, working on events which have enormous potential and strategic importance to the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years media sales experience, you will need to be highly motivated and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. A second language would be an advantage.
We are currently looking to recruit a Portuguese-Speaking Exhibition Assistant to provide full administrative support, assisting with all operational requirements relating to the preparation and staging of trade exhibitions. Key tasks include, database management, market research, proof-reading and day-to-day administration. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both written and spoken Portuguese and English and possess strong administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail.

This role requires overall management responsibility for a large annual exhibition which takes place in Italy. The job role includes sales, marketing, promotion, administration and development of the event. The role may suit a candidate with exhibition experience at Assistant or Executive level who is keen to develop into a management role, or a candidate with exhibition management experience.
