Suppliers rush to secure exhibit space, after the announcement of inter airport China 2018 dates

Following the release of the inter airport China 2018 floorplan, the organisers have been inundated with stand space requests, from many of the world’s leading airport suppliers. The 8th edition of inter airport China will take place from the 7-9 September at the CIEC, Beijing.

“80% of exhibit space has been booked during the first two weeks since the show was formally launched. Over 200 exhibitors are expected to participate by the time the doors open on 7th September 2018. The outdoor exhibiting areas will continue to assist exhibitors to showcase larger vehicles and equipment in a manner that can offer better visibility than indoor exhibiting area. The 2018 inter airport China comes at an important time in the development of China’s infrastructure. Driven by the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), 193 large and medium-sized civil aviation projects absorb a total investment of CNY1, 500 Billion. By the end of 2020, the estimated total number of civil airports in China will reach 260. According to China’s ‘the 13th Five-Year Plan’ New Project Total Investment, there will be 10 new airports and 30 renewed airports (CNY 262.56 Billion) in Northwest China; 11 new airports and 43 renewed airports (CNY 257.91 Billion) in North China; 12 new airports and 26 renewed airports (CNY 276.74 Billion) in Middle China; 14 new airports and 36 renewed airports (CNY 373.19 Billion) in East China and 13 new airports and 36 renewed airports (CNY 329.59 Billion) in Southwest China.
